How to Take It

Simple protocol.
Built for the 28-day mark.

Most nootropic effects accumulate. We tell you exactly when to expect them so you can judge the product against reality, not against marketing.

Four capsules.
Twice daily.

Two with breakfast, two with lunch. Split dosing smooths the L-theanine effect and improves absorption of the fat-soluble actives. Take with food.

Finally a brand that lists actual doses

I'd been buying nootropic stacks for years and never realized how underdosed most of them were until I started comparing the labels side by side. Imprint is the first product I've used that actually matches the studies I'd read about. Noticed cleaner focus around week 3, more sustained energy through afternoon meetings by week 5.

No crash. No jitter. Just focus.

As someone who's tried everything from modafinil to nootropic blends, what I appreciate about Imprint is how subtle but durable it feels. Not a buzz. Not artificial. Just a cleaner version of my normal cognitive baseline. The transparency around dosing is what got me to try it. The product is what made me subscribe.

The 4 caps are worth it

Yes, it's 4 capsules a day. Yes, that means more pills than the average nootropic. But that's because the doses are actually clinical. Split AM/midday like they recommend. Effects build over 3-4 weeks. By week 6 I noticed clearer thinking during long writing sessions and noticeably less afternoon fatigue. Worth it.

Solid product, wish it came in fewer caps

Honestly the only knock is the 4 capsule daily dose. I get why — clinical doses are big — but it's a commitment. That said, the effects are real and the transparency is unmatched in the category. The founder note actually made me trust the brand. Going to keep using it.

Questions

Things worth asking.

Why four capsules per day?

Because that's what clinical doses require. A 500mg citicoline capsule plus a 1000mg lion's mane capsule plus the rest of the stack doesn't fit in one pill. Most brands solve this by reducing doses to fit a single capsule. We don't. Splitting the four capsules across morning and midday is the recommended schedule.

When will I feel something?

Subtle acute effects from citicoline and L-theanine can show up in week one. The bigger cumulative effects from Bacopa, Lion's Mane, and Rhodiola surface around week four — that's how long the trials behind these ingredients ran. Judge the product at the 28-60 day mark, not the first dose.

Will this give me a stimulant feel?

No. Daily Cognitive contains no caffeine. The effect is more like a cleaner baseline than a peak. If you want an acute stimulant effect, you want a different product — we may release one later.

Can I take this with my other supplements or medications?

Generally yes, but check with a healthcare provider if you take prescription medications — particularly SSRIs, blood thinners, or anything affecting cognition. Bacopa and rhodiola can have mild interactions with certain drugs.

How does this compare to AG1, Momentous, or Thorne?

AG1 is a daily greens-and-multivitamin — different category. Momentous makes single-ingredient SKUs at solid doses. Thorne makes practitioner-channel formulations. Daily Cognitive is a single combined nootropic formulation that delivers six cognitive actives at clinical doses in one product rather than six separate bottles.

What's in the bottle besides the actives?

HPMC vegetarian capsules. Rice flour as a filler. Magnesium stearate as a flow agent. That's it. No artificial colors, no artificial flavors, no titanium dioxide, no soy. Full ingredient list and inactive ingredients are on the COA available with every batch.

What's the refund policy?

60 days. If you've used the product as directed and don't notice a difference, we refund the full purchase. No restocking fee, no questions. Email us and we'll process the refund — you don't even need to ship back the bottle.
